YIL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. For Non ITI Category – Should have Passed Madhyamik (class X std or equivalent) as on date of notification for applying with minimum 50% marks as per criteria of that Board. (as per their Marksheet) and with minimum 40% marks in Mathematics and Science each. |
| 2. For ITI Category – 1. Should have passed relevant trade test from any institute recognized by NCVT or SCVT or any other authority specified through Gazette notification of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship/Ministry of Labour and Employment with duration as per the Apprentice Act 1961 with minimum 50% marks. The relevant trade to be considered will be strictly on the basis of Schedule I of Apprentice Act 1961 (and amendments thereof). 2. In addition, candidate must have passed Madhyamik / Class X std or equivalent (Minimum 50% marks in Matriculate / Class X std). |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Application Fee/Exam Fee for YIL Apprentice:
| – Application fee for UR & OBC Candidates (Non-refundable) – Rs.200/-/- plus GST. Application fee for SC/ST/Women/PWD/Others (Transgender) – Rs. 100/- /- plus GST (Non-refundable). Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances or reused / adjusted. – Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway as part of online application process as under: Once the first part of online application is complete in all respects through a link on our website https://www.yantraindia.co.in, candidates will be directed to payment gateway website to make payment. The payment can be made by using Internet Banking /debit card / credit card / Cash Card, Wallets/IMPS/NEFT/UPI, BHIM, by providing information as asked on the screen. The transaction charges applicable for various online payment modes will be borne by the candidate. On successful completion of the transaction, a message containing Transaction Number and other details will be displayed. |
