BEL Project & Trainee Engineer Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: (As on)
| 1. Trainee Engineer – I – B.E/B.Tech/B.SC (4 year course) Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates. Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01.11.2022: Minimum 01 years of relevant post qualification industrial work experience (full time). |
| 2. Project Engineer – I – B.E/B.Tech/B.sc (4 year course) Engineering degree in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Below 55% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates. Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01.11.2022: Minimum 02 years of relevant post qualification industrial work experience (full time). |

Salary Details:
| 1. Trainee Engineer – I – 1st year Rs. 30,000/- 2nd year Rs. 35,000/- 3rd year Rs. 40,000/- i.) Area allowance* @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (per month) *Only to those candidates who will be posted to various sites and customer location Rs.12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc. |
| 2. Project Engineer – I – 1st year Rs. 40,000/- 2nd year Rs. 45,000/- 3rd year Rs. 50,000/- 4th year Rs. 55,000/- i.) BEL Project & Trainee Engineer Selection Process 2022:
i.) Candidate should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement.
ii.) Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
iii.) The names of candidates shortlisted for written test/interview and final selection will be notified on our Company’s website.
BEL may follow the following process to select the candidates.
